What are your opening hours?

We’re open daily from 9am to 5pm – no matter the weather!

Excluding Christmas Day.

The Park App is your must-have companion to your day out at Enchanted Adventure! Stress less by using our interactive map to easily navigate the park and plan your day out. The best thing about it is that the interactive map can be used 100% offline – perfect for exploring if reception is limited in the area.

How much time should I allow for our enchanted adventure?

Each ticket grants you all-day access to the General Admission activities. We recommend allowing a minimum of 2 to 3 hours to experience our ground-based adventure activities!

If you’re planning on going Tree Surfing, you’ll need to allow additional time!

Our Grand Tree Surfing experience is a 2 hour session and our Nippers Tree Surfing experience is a 1 hour session. Learn more about our Tree Surfing courses here.

Are there parking facilities?

Yes! We have free onsite parking available for guests, located at both of our entrance gates.

As our park is over 25 acres, we have two entry gates located at 55 Purves Road and 21 Purves Road, Arthurs Seat 3936 VIC. 

The carpark at 21 Purves Road is open only during peak periods with an expected high volumes of guests. When you’re arriving for your adventure, please note the signage directing you to the appropriate gate.

Can I upgrade my ticket when I arrive to include Tree Surfing?

Yes, you can, however it will be subject to availability. Peak holiday periods (school holidays, long weekends, public holidays etc.) are anticipated to have limited availability.

We always recommend checking online or phoning ahead to avoid missing out!

What are your Café and food facilities?

We have a Café onsite for you to fuel up with a bite to eat or grab a delicious coffee or refreshment! Our new Park Kiosk (located near the Sky Scramble) is also available during peak periods.

Picnics are more than welcome also! In fact, we encourage guests to bring them along so bring a rug, lunch and sit back & enjoy amongst the gorgeous gardens and natural bushland surrounds.
