Following the recent changes, and in accordance with the State Public Health Orders, Enchanted Adventure has made changes to its Conditions of Entry.

All guests must adhere to these conditions. If you are unable to do so, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking at this time.

COVID-19 Conditions of Entry (as of 22nd April 2022)

VACCINATION

  • Patrons are no longer required to show their vaccination certificate or valid medical exemption upon entry of our venue.  This is in effect from 23rd April 2022 onwards.

MASK REQUIREMENTS
In line with the DHHS guidelines for mask wearing, guests are recommended to wear a face mask in indoor settings during their visit when physical distancing cannot be maintained. This includes the Balcony Cafe, Tree Surfing Harness Room & toilet blocks.

NON-COMPLIANCE
If you are unable to comply with the COVID-19 Conditions of Entry, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. If you have placed a forward booking, the customer will forfeit all monies paid.

Before You Book

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PRE-BOOKINGS
If any of your group are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, recently travelled overseas, been unwell or been in contact with someone with a suspected or known case of COVID-19, we politely ask that they come for a visit at another time! For the safety of our team and other Enchanted Adventurers, we will require anyone we suspect of the above to immediately leave the park.

PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL!
Pre-booking your tickets are highly recommended for weekend periods to avoid disappointment. We have a limited capacity for all our adventures so get in quick to secure your preferred session and arrival time!

Pre-bookings are not only essential for capacity purposes, but for dramatically reducing queuing time at our ticketing area. This will ensure all guests can move through the ticketing area quickly and start their adventure as soon as possible.

Please note: children (or groups of children) who are 17 years old & under must have an adult (18+) accompany them inside the park & hold a valid ticket.

ONSITE PAYMENTS
Contactless payments are preferred for any on-site purchases throughout our park. We thank you for your understanding.

During Your Visit

ON ARRIVAL
Please present your booking confirmation email or your booking’s unique QR code for scanning on arrival.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS
To help support the health and safety of you and our team, we kindly ask you to pay using tap and go at our contactless payment terminals on-site.

While card payment is preferred, cash can still be accepted.

ADDITIONAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
Unfortunately due to strict public health requirements, you will be unable to visit us if you or your household are unwell, in self-isolation, or have been in contact with a suspected or known case of COVID-19. We would love to welcome you for an adventure at another time.

Anyone who is suspected of the above will be required to immediately leave our park.

Please help us manage the risks to the health and safety of our team and other visiting adventurers by cooperating with the above. Do the same things for us that you are doing to keep you and your own family and friends healthy and safe.

Keeping You Safe

MASK REQUIREMENTS

INCREASED SIGNAGE AND SANITATION STATIONS
Guests will notice that new signage and sanitising stations have been implemented throughout the park.

It is important to pay attention to the key safety messages and instructions they provide, including advice to sanitise hands, social distance when undertaking activities, and comply with strict capacity limits in certain areas.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Guests must keep 1.5 metres away from others to maintain physical distancing. It is every guest’s individual responsibility to ensure that they are maintaing physical distancing where needed. Please look for and comply with ground markers when queueing for bathrooms, food and beverage service, and entry to experiences. Hand sanitiser should also be used frequently and when directed.

We have adapted capacity limits in some areas of the park to ensure that physical distancing is suitably maintained. We ask that you please comply with these limits and follow staff instructions to leave an area if asked.

CLEANING
We have also deployed a dedicated Clean Team to ensure guests and staff are protected.

Cleaning throughout the park has been significantly increased including disinfecting high frequency touch points, such as tables and chairs, service counters, bathrooms, door handles, EFT machines and taps.

GRAND TREE SURFING

OPEN!
Tree Surfing is operating in a changed COVID-Safe environment. Further instructions will be provided upon arrival and at time of booking.

ON ARRIVAL
Please ensure all digital waivers are signed prior to arrival. A link to your indemnity waivers is emailed to you as part of your booking confirmation.

CLIMBING EQUIPMENT
Additional cleaning and sanitising measures have been put in place to disinfect equipment regularly.

HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
ALL participants must be 135cm to participate on the Grand Tree Surfing course.

In the past, we have had flexibility to move patrons from the Grand Tree Surfing course to the Nippers Tree Surfing course if participants did not meet the 135cm height requirement for the Grand Tree Surfing course. Due to session capacities, unfortunately, that will not be an option. Please double check the heights of each participant before booking your Tree Surfing experience.

ON ARRIVAL

CAFE (and of course, coffee!)

The Balcony Cafe is available for takeaway snacks and drinks and hot food is served between 11am and 3pm.

PATRONS ONLY
Please note that our Cafe and seasonal Bush Kiosk are open to park patrons with a valid ticket only.

PICNICS
As always, we encourage you to bring your own picnic and surround yourself with our beautiful gardens and scenery! To help control the spread of the virus, there will be no indoor seating & limited undercover seating available. We thank you for your understanding.

VOUCHERS THAT EXPIRED DURING OUR CLOSURE
We want to reassure you that if you have a gift voucher with an expiry date after March 1 2020, you can call our office to redeem your voucher/s and place a booking.

This offer will only be valid until the end of June 2022.

ANNUAL MEMBERS

PRE-BOOKING FOR ANNUAL MEMBERS
Bookings are recommended to be made in advance to help us keep track of our overall park capacity and to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun.

For current Annual Members wishing to book in their tickets, all you need to do is:

  1. Visit our ‘Book Now‘ page.
  2. Select your desired experience/s and preferred session time/s.
  3. Select the appropriate Membership tickets and follow the prompts to complete your order
  4. OR Please call our awesome admin team between the hours of 9am and 5pm on (03) 5981 8449 and they can help you plan your next day out!

Note: you will be asked to present your proof of membership (membership card, confirmation email or even just your name) along with proof of photo ID for the adults upon your arrival to our team to confirm your current annual membership with us.
