WHEN IS THE PARK OPEN?

We are open every day of the year except for Christmas Day.

Our Operating Hours are:
September to May: 9am to 5pm
June to August: 10am to 5pm

MY CHILD IS A TEENAGER, DO THEY REQUIRE A CHILD OR AN ADULT TICKET?

Our child tickets apply to those who are aged between 3 years old and 17 years old. Anyone who is 18 years old and above requires an adult ticket to enter the park.

For little adventurers who are 2 years old and under, they are free of charge to enter, however, please select a ‘General Admission – Infant (2 years & under)’ ticket for them at the checkout so we can keep track of our overall park capacity.

Please note: children (or groups of children) who are 17 years old and under must have an adult (18+) with a valid ticket accompany them inside the park.

MY CHILD IS UNDER 3 YEARS OLD, DO THEY NEED A TICKET?

For little adventurers who are 2 years old and under, they are free of charge to enter, however, please select a ‘General Admission (2 years & under)’ ticket for them at the checkout so we can keep track of our capacities.

CAN I ENTER THE PARK WITHOUT A TICKET?

No, everyone who enters the park must have a General Admission ticket. This guarantees them access to all of our mazes, formal gardens, boardwalks, brainteasers, Tube Slides, Canopy Walk and Sky Scramble (for children under 135cm) for the entire day!

General Admission for adults is $40 per person, $30 per person for children and seniors (60+ years).

CAN I BRING MY DOG OR PET INTO THE PARK?

Sadly, no. No pets are allowed inside the park. We are located amongst native bushland and have furry friends that can wander through our park from time to time.

Service animals are accepted into the park. They must have proper uniform or an official and valid certificate/registration stating they are a registered service or assistance animal. Our staff will ask for proof of this upon your arrival.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA, PHONE, GOPRO OR DRONE?

We love when our guests enjoy the park as much as we do! Share your adventures on social media and tag us @enchantedadventure and #enchantedadventure so we can see all the fun you’ve had!

All phones, cameras or GoPros must be securely attached when participating on the Tree Surfing courses, either by a neck or wrist lanyard or placed in a zipped pocket. Lanyards must be approved by a team member prior to beginning your session.

GoPros are more than welcome to be used. We allow chest or wrist attachments to be used whilst participating on the Tree Surfing courses. All attachments must be approved by a team member prior to beginning your session.

ARE THERE HEIGHT AND WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

For the Grand Tree Surfing course, there is a weight capacity of 120kg. All participants of our Grand Tree Surfing course must be a minimum of 135cm tall.

The Nippers Tree Surfing course is suitable for those under 135cm tall (or 4-12 years old) and participants must weigh less than 100kg. Please note: any children participating on the Nippers Tree Surfing course, who are 4 or 5 years old, must have an adult go on the course with them at a 1:1 ratio.

I'M PREGNANT. AM I ALLOWED TO DO TREE SURFING?

No. Due to the physical nature of the Tree Surfing course, it is unsafe and unsuitable for pregnant women. The harness used for the activitiy sits directly across the lower abdomen and can put pressure on the area when moving through the obstacles, completing a zipline or landing at the end of a zipline.

You can view our full Venue & Participants Terms and Conditions here. All participants of our Tree Surfing courses are required to sign an Indemnity Release & Waiver Form prior to the commencement of their session agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

All of our experiences, including our Tree Surfing experiences, operate rain, hail or shine! If it is raining, our Tree Surfing sessions and park will still operate. Our Tree Surfing courses are designed and built to operate in rainy conditions.

For the safety of visitors, we will cancel sessions in severe weather conditions such as lightning storms, extremely high winds, government declared catastrophic bushfire weather warning days and floods. If we decide to cancel any of our experiences, we will give our guests as much notice as possible and reschedule their booking date or give a system credit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SCARED ON THE COURSE OR WANT TO COME OFF BEFORE MY SESSION FINISHES?

Each level of our Tree Surfing courses flows along a secure, continuous wire and finish by zipline. Once attached to a level’s wire, you will need to continue the level and complete it.

If you get scared mid-level, it’s one way or the other to get down! Our expert team are on the ground and around the course to help guide you through (ideally, forwards) so you can finish off the level.

If you aren’t able to complete your course because of fear or you change your mind mid-climb, please note tickets are non-refundable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE TO MY TREE SURFING SESSION?

If you arrive within the first 30 minutes after your start time, our team will do their best to put you up on the course at the next available session time. This will unfortunately not extend your climb time (e.g. if you are meant to start at 10:00am to 12:00pm but arrive at 10:30am, you will still finish at 12:00pm)

However, if you arrive later than 30 minutes to your Tree Surfing session (e.g. your session at 10:00am and you arrive AFTER 10:30am), the Tree Surfing portion of your ticket will be forfeited.

All Tree Surfers are required to arrive at least 30 minutes to the park before their session time starts (e.g. 9:30am minimum arrival for a 10:00am start) to make sure they can get into the park and down to the Harness Room on time. If you know you are running late, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER TO GO TREE SURFING?

Yes. All participants are required to sign a waiver. Children must have their release waiver signed by their own parent or supervising adult. Release waivers can be completed online here.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

If you are planning on Tree Surfing, you need to wear enclosed toe, flat-soled shoes that won’t come off (eg. runners/sneakers). You need to wear shorts or pants, no skirts or dresses and clothing that is appropriate for the weather on the day. We recommend activewear and steering away from light colours such as white, as you may get dirty!

ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?

Yes! Locker hire is available at $4 per hour for a Small locker and $5 per hour for a Medium locker for Tree Surfing participants only. They can be purchased & set-up at the locker area near the Tree Surfing Harness Room. You can’t miss them!

To acquire a locker, please download the free Yellowbox mobile phone app and register an account with a valid Payment method. Once you have created an account, please stand within 1 metre of our locker bay and select your location on the map within your Yellowbox app screen. This will prompt you to select a locker size. Please select OK. You will be allocated a locker space. Please use your in-app button to ‘open’ your locker space when you require. From this screen you can also click the ‘end booking’ function which will end your session.

For full details and Frequently Asked Question’s, please visit the manufacturer’s website here.

Although locker space is available, it can be limited during peak times and we recommend bringing along only what you need for your session. Guests are given a hard-copy ticket/receipt upon their arrival which acts as their pass-out for the day. This means that you can leave and re-enter the park if you need to get things from your car as long as you keep that ticket/receipt for proof of entry.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SAFETY EQUIPMENT?

Unfortunately, no. All participants are required to use our equipment on our Tree Surfing courses for safety reasons.  All of our equipment and course PPE is approved for use on our courses and as such, guests must wear the required pieces to be allowed on the course. This includes protective gloves.

Dispoable hair nets are available if you wish to use one when wearing your helmet. SImply ask the Tree Surfing team. Of course, for the added safety and hygiene of all guests regular cleaning procedures are put in place for all of our equipment.

WHAT SAFETY GEAR AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR FOR THE COURSE?

All participants on our Tree Surfing courses are required to the mandatory safety equipment & PPE provided. This includes but is not limited to helmet, safety harness and gloves.

For persons wearing cultural or religious head coverings, please be aware that you will be required to wear a helmet when Tree Surfing. Any cultural head coverings will need to be able to fit underneath the helmet. If you are unsure if your head covering will fit, we recommend bringing an alternative head covering just in case. HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I ALLOW TO VISIT ENCHANTED ADVENTURE?

We recommend between 2-3 hours to experience everything offered in the General Admission ticket. Depending on your family, you could spend up to a whole day enjoying the facility.

If you’re planning on going Tree Surfing, you should add another 2 hours to your visit.

I'm confused about the General Admission times. What does it mean?

When booking in General Admission tickets, you will need to select an approximate & general arrival time. This is so our team can keep a track of when crowds are arriving to the park and when to expect queues at our entrances.

The 1 hour simply means that you can arrive any time between the time you select and the hour after. If you arrive before or after this hour timeslot, our team will of course grant you access to the park. We recommend aiming to keep within the timeslot you select to make check-in and entering the park as smooth as possible.

Once you have entered the park, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish for your General Admission activities. Even right up until we close!

DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE TO GO ON THE TUBE SLIDES OR SKY SCRAMBLE?

No, it’s all covered in the cost of your General Admission ticket! Yay!

Please note that the Sky Scramble is designed for children under 135cm only – adults are not permitted.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE TUBE SLIDES?

The Tube Slides are safe for children of all ages but they are recommended for children 3 years and above. Children 4 years and younger are recommended to be accompanied by an adult in a double-sized tube. As long as your child can reach the handles on either side of the tube and hang on while sitting within the tube, then they will be safely able to ride the Tube Slides independently. Our staff are on hand to answer any questions and ensure the safety of all guests riding the Tube Slides!

We also have a specifically designed Kid’s Tube Slide for those little adventurers under 135cm tall to ride by themselves. Children 4 years and under are eligible to ride this slide by themselves.

Do the Tree Surfing tickets include the cost of General Admission?

Can we buy food there?

Yes, we have a cafeteria on site that supplies a healthy eating menu over summer with fruit salad, a selection of  wraps & sandwiches, yoghurt, salads, hot chips, pies, pasties, sausage rolls, snacks and of course; coffee! During the winter months, the menu is a little more restricted, offering mainly hot food, sandwiches, snacks and hot & cold drinks.

Please note that table, chairs and pop-up tents are not allowed into the park as they can be a safety hazard for other patrons, particularly during peak periods. Our team may ask you to leave any tables, chairs or tents in the car for safety reasons.
