How to pre-book as a member:
Enchanted Members don’t need to pre-book for General Admission visits. Pre-bookings are recommended for Tree Surfing sessions using the ‘Member Upgrade’ tickets at the checkout.
Alternatively, you can call always our Adventure Experts on (03) 5981 8449 any day of the week and we’d be happy to help you. Membership numbers are NOT required to book in, however, you will be asked for proof of membership upon arrival.
