From 50 to 500 guests, we have you covered. Private open spaces and catering options are available so that your group can enjoy Mornington Peninsula’s fresh-air and our enchanted fun.

TICKET OPTIONS
Choose how you want to spend the day whether that’s meandering through the General Admission activities for all ages, getting the kids up on the Nippers Tree Surfing course or conquering the Grand Tree Surfing course for the bigger kids and adults alike.
CATERING
Our team will work with you to choose the ideal options for your group’s catering. Whether it’s morning tea, a BBQ lunch feast, afternoon tea or even specialty add-ons such as a fairy floss cart or popcorn machine just to give you an idea.

Heartburst
Thanks for having us! Heartburst had a lovely Christmas celebration at Enchanted Adventure. Our team and their families got lost in the mazes, enjoyed the stunning gardens, and braved high ropes courses (well, some of us did). The food was delicious and the Big Top Marquee was the perfect place to enjoy lunch together and have our annual “Bad Santa” contest.
Camp Quality
A big shoutout to Enchanted Adventure for their ongoing support of our Camp Quality families. Their generous hospitality, warm care, and the kindness shown by every staff member make each visit truly special. The food was absolutely delicious, the Tube Slides and Tree Surfing were a huge hit, and there was truly something for everyone to enjoy. Family Fun Day Booking Terms and Conditions
T&C’S
- Group bookings are subject to availability.
- Group booking rates are strictly not available during school holidays and long weekends and are subject to availability during other peak seasons.
- Child ticket prices are for those 17 years and under.
- Height & age restrictions are in place on the Tree Surfing Courses, Sky Scramble and Tube Slides. Refer to our venue terms and conditions for the full details.
- Family Fun Days are based on minimum 50+ people.
Payment
- A deposit is required to secure the booking and preferred date.
- Remainining balances and/or full payment is required at least 4 weeks in advance. A payment timeline will be discussed with our Groups Coordinator specific to your event.
- We have a strict no refund policy.
Cancelation
We will always endeavour to accommodate a booking date re-schedule; we ask that you provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice when re-scheduling so that we have sufficient time to process the changes and notify any external parties and suppliers.
A system credit of the booking amount will remain in our system for up to 12 months to reschedule to another date and time if a new date cannot be decided upon at the time of cancelling.
If for any reason Enchanted Adventure cancels a tour, a mutually agreed tour will be offered. Enchanted Adventure reserves the right to alter or re-schedule tours at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible in this instance!
Food & Beverage
- When ordering onsite catering, all orders must be confirmed at least 3 weeks prior to the date booked.
- If you have guests with dietary requirements, please let us know and our team can do their best to accommodate.
- Alcohol is strictly not permitted within the park.
Waivers
All participants must sign a release waiver and submit this to the operator prior to participation on the experience. You will not be permitted on the experience without this document.
- Children (under 18 years of age) are required to have a waiver signed by their legal guardian or supervising adult.
- A digital waiver link will be received via email for distribution.
Tree Surfing Terms
- Height & age restrictions are in place on the Nippers & Grand Tree Surfing courses, Sky Scramble and Tube Slides. Read our full terms and conditions for full details.
- All participants on the Tree Surfing courses are required to wear the mandatory safety equipment & PPE provided. This includes but is not limited to helmet, safety harness and gloves.
