Enchanted Adventure is seeking a driven and capable professional to join our team as Assistant Café Manager.
Reporting directly to the Café Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the Café. This is a hands-on position where you will lead from the front—setting the standard, guiding the team, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and operations.

Job Vacancy - APPRENTICE GARDENER
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and reliable individual to join the Gardening team at Enchanted Adventure as an Apprentice Gardener.
Working across 25 acres of beautifully maintained gardens and adventure spaces, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Parks & Gardens.
Reporting to the Gardening Manager, you will work as part of a supportive team to maintain and enhance our gardens and grounds to a high presentation standard for our guests.
This is a structured apprenticeship combining on-the-job training with formal study.

A bit about us:
Enchanted Adventure is a multi-award-winning eco-adventure park located on the Mornington Peninsula. We offer exciting outdoor experiences for families, couples, schools, corporate groups & more! We specialise in Tree Surfing and tube sliding experiences amongst 25 acres of manicured gardens and an array of adventure activities for the whole family.
We are a fun and friendly workplace and our employee culture is energetic, engaged, and positive. We seek people with similar values and availability to work across a 7 day a week roster as well as be available during our peak school holiday periods. In return, our pay rates are generous and above industry standards across the hospitality and retail sectors.
