1. Choose A space
Set the tone for your day out!
GLASSHOUSE STUDIO: $400 per day
All-day hire. Our brand new purpose-built business events space with outdoor deck, a fantastic set-up for corporate groups of all kinds set in an idyllic location. A climate-controlled, functional space to suit a range of professional groups from small conferences, seminars, workshops, training days and more. Complete with AV equipment & in-room coffee/tea station, groups can transform the space with a custom layout to suit their needs.
BIG TOP MARQUEE: $500 per day
All-day hire. This is our largest marquee space and is a casual space suitable for groups of 50 to 150 pax. Built with clear, weather-proof, pull-up blinds on two sides and timber panels on the other sides, all underneath a billowing tent-like roof. This space is not climate controlled and portable AV equipment is available on request.
PARTY PAVILION: $200 per day
All-day hire. The Party Pavilion is tucked away marquee space, located near the Turf Maze. It is fully sheltered with clear, pull-up blinds on two sides and timber paneled walls on the other sides. It can be setup with tables and chairs on request however, please note that AV equipment cannot be setup in this space.
2. Pick An Activity

GENERAL ADMISSION: $32 per adult
The base ticket needed for your group day out. General Admission allows your group all-day access to the on-ground activities across the park. Explore the beauty of formal gardens & array of hand-crafted sculptures. Conquer the many mazes, elevated Canopy Walk, brainteaser puzzles or giant Tube Slides together. Whatever your team are interested in exploring, it’s the perfect way to give them a break throughout the day. Group pricing requires a minimum of 10 people.
SCAVENTURE: $55 per adult
A fun land-based teambuilding activity will send teams in opposite directions around the park as you search for clues, collect tokens & solve puzzles. Interactive tasks will score valuable points. The team to make it back with the most points first wins! We recommend allowing up to 1 hour for this activity. This ticket includes General Admission park access. Suitable for groups of 10 to 60 pax.
TREETOP QUEST: $95 per adult
Collect puzzle pieces and solve riddles as you make your way through the trees! For those after more of an adrenaline fix, we offer a unique teambuilding Tree Surfing experience for teams to complete to challenge the body & keep the mind guessing. We recommend allowing up to 2 hours for this activity. This ticket includes General Admission park access. Suitable for groups of 10 to 60 pax.
SOCIAL CLIMB: $64 per adult
A social climb on our Grand Tree Surfing course is a great way to finish off or start your day of teamwork in a relaxed & fun way. Climb through the trees on over 50 aerial obstacles at up to 10 metres off the ground. We recommend allowing up to 2 hours for this activity. Suitable for groups of up to 500 pax and includes General Admission park access. Group pricing requires a minimum of 10 people.

Delicious platters to start your team day off right! This option includes assortment of pastries, seasonal fruit platter and cold pressed juices.
OPTION B: AFTERNOON TEA
Sweet treats for a pick-me-up & to keep the creativity flowing! This option includes mixed sweet slices, seasonal fruit platter and cold pressed juices.
OPTION C: COMBO
Indulge your crew and enjoy the best of both worlds! This option includes a choice of morning or afternoon tea catering with lunch included as well.

Business Event Booking Terms and Conditions
T&C’S
- Packages are based on a minimum of 10 participants.
- Group bookings are subject to availability.
- Group booking rates are strictly not available during school holidays and long weekends and are subject to availability during other peak seasons.
- Visit our full terms and conditions to read our cancellation policy.
- Group bookings require a minimum 48 hours notice and are subject to availability.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your group booking.
- Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit.
- We ask that payments are made in a single transaction.
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Tree Surfing Terms & Waivers
- Height & age restrictions are in place on the Nippers & Grand Tree Surfing courses, Sky Scramble and Tube Slides. Read our full terms and conditions for full details.
- All participants on the Tree Surfing courses are required to wear the mandatory safety equipment & PPE provided. This includes but is not limited to helmet, safety harness and gloves.
- All participants on the Tree Surfing courses must sign a waiver prior to their arrival. You will not be permitted on the experience without this document.
Food & Beverage
- When ordering onsite catering, all orders must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the date booked.
- If you have guests with dietary requirements, please let us know!
- Alcohol is not permitted within the park.
Cancellations & Availability
- Corporate Group & Teambuilding Bookings are strictly not available during school holidays and on long weekend periods. Group Booking Rates are subject to availability during other peak seasons.
- Minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or move a corporate group or teambuilding booking.
