Can I bring my own decorations? Yes, absolutely! Due to our precious natural environment, we ask that all balloons are anchored with weights. If you plan to arrive early to decorate your space, please let our groups coordinator know. Don’t forget your Blu Tack and string!

Can I purchase extra catering for my guests? Yes—you will find a list of what is on offer when booking online. We require 6 days’ notice for any additional items. We can cater for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian requirements.

What if it rains? All our experiences, including Tree Surfing, operate rain, hail, or shine! Our Tree Surfing courses are designed and built to run in rainy conditions.

Can I store my own food in your fridge? Due to the possibility of cross-contamination and limited space, we’re unable to store guests’ food in our fridges.

What time do I need to leave? Your all-day room hire is available from 10am–4pm. We kindly ask that your private space is vacated by 4pm. This gives our team enough time to have everything ready for groups the following day. You’re most welcome to stay and explore the park until we close at 5pm.

Can I bring my own cake? Absolutely! On arrival, please give your cake to our staff and they’ll pop it in the fridge. No other food items can be placed in the fridge due to limited space and the possibility of cross-contamination.

When can we have our birthday party at Enchanted Adventure? We host birthday parties on weekends, during school holidays, and on weekdays. All parties are subject to availability.

Do parents have to pay for a ticket? Yes. Each party package includes 2 adult General Admission tickets. Note: that anyone entering our park is required to have a General Admission ticket. This can be purchased on the day at full price or pre-purchased with the party group.

What time can my party start? Any time from 10am works for us. We understand weekends are busy—if there isn’t a time available, please reach out to our Group Adventure Expert on (03 5981 8449) or email groups@enchantedadventure.com.au

Do members get an additional discount? Yes, members receive a further discount on an already discounted ticket. When is my payment due? A minimum deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The final payment is due 6 days before your visit.

How do the digital invitations work? When booking a birthday party online, you will be prompted to create an account at the time of payment. Once your account is set up and payment is made, you will be forwarded to your account page, where you can take a sneak peek at the digital invitation. Note: there is only one area within the invitation to add a “message from the host”. We suggest you include details such as:

• Party Arrival Time: This is important, as the invitation will automatically show your booked activity start time, not the “party arrival time”.
• Dietary Requests: (this message can be copied into your invitation) “Please message me directly if you have any dietary requests. Enchanted Adventure can only cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free (not coeliac), and dairy free diets”.

Why are adults displaying on the RSVP list? When guests are sent the digital invitation, there is a check-box asking respondents to confirm that only minors are attending the party. Your respondent didn’t check this box. We recommend confirming whether the adult intends to attend, as you can either book a ticket on their behalf at the special party price or they can purchase General Admission at the full price on the day.

You can amend your guest list and remove any incorrect RSVP’s.

Can party guests Tree Surf on the Nippers and Grand course? They sure can. If you have siblings or other children attending the party who are suited to the alternate Tree Surfing course, simply contact our Group Adventure Expert on (03 5981 8449) or email groups@enchantedadventure.com.au and these tickets can be added to your booking.

Why can’t I add more than 13 climbers online? Online party bookings can accommodate Tree Surfing bookings of 13 climbers or fewer. We do cater to larger groups, but our team needs to know a little bit more about your group. For larger bookings, please call our Group Adventure Expert on (03 5981 8449) or email groups@enchantedadventure.com.au

Can I bring my own food? You sure can! In fact, why wouldn’t you? Just be mindful that we only include plates and cutlery for the items included in your booking, so be sure to bring any serving items you’ll need.

Can I book the winter birthday offer on any of the party packages? Yes, this offer is available on all 3 Birthday Party Packages. This offer is available for any party held before the end of winter (31 August 2026).

T&C’S

• Child ticket prices are for those 17 years and under.
• Packages are based on a minimum of 8 children.
• Group bookings are subject to availability.
• The Big Top marquee is a shared area. Others may be enjoying this space on the same day. Please speak to our Groups Coordinator for more details.
• Height & age restrictions are in place on the Tree Surfing Courses, Sky Scramble and Tube Slides. Refer to our venue terms and conditions for the full details.
• Please note there are items that prohibited within the park including but not limited to alcohol, smoking of any kind, picnic furniture and more. Refer to our Venue Conditions of Entry here for the full list.
• Given our precious natural environment, any party balloons being brought into the park must be securely anchored down with weights. If not, they will not be allowed into the venue.

Payment

• A minimum $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and package.
• Full payment is required minimum 6 days prior to the date to finalise the booking.

Tree Surfing Terms

• Height & age restrictions are in place on the Nippers & Grand Tree Surfing courses, Sky Scramble and Tube Slides. Read our full terms and conditions for details.
• All participants on the Tree Surfing courses are required to wear the mandatory safety equipment & PPE provided. This includes but is not limited to helmet, safety harness and gloves.
• Children climbing on the Tree Surfing Nippers and Grand course are required to have a waiver signed by their legal guardian or supervising adult.

Cancellations and Availability

• Birthday Party Packages are subject to availability during school holidays, long weekends, and public holidays.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or move a birthday package booking. The $200 non-refundable deposit, plus any extra catering fees already paid, will be retained for 12 months and can be used to reschedule to another package or a standard booking.
• If a party is cancelled within 48 hours, the $200 deposit plus any extra catering fees are non-refundable. The remaining fees paid will be retained for 12 months and can be used to reschedule to another package or a standard booking.
• If for any reason Enchanted Adventure cancels an experience, a mutually agreed date will be offered. Enchanted Adventure reserves the right to alter or re-schedule bookings at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as we possibly can in this instance!

Waivers
All participants must sign a release waiver and submit this to the operator prior to participation on the experience. You will not be permitted on the experience without this document.

• Children (under 18 years of age) are required to have a waiver signed by their legal guardian or supervising adult.
• A digital waiver link will be received via email for distribution.
