What are the Supervision Ratio Requirements?

We request a 1 to 12 teacher-to-student ratio for school groups attending the park. This is to ensure students are supervised at all times throughout the park as our activities are spread across 25 acres. We provide free of charge admission for the teachers/supervisors attending based on this ratio requirement.

How Much Time Should I Allocate for Each Ticket Type?

We recommend between 2-3 hours to experience everything offered in the General Admission ticket.

Tree Surfing Session Durations

Grand Course Bookings: Allow additional 2 hours

Nippers Course Bookings: Allow additional 1 hour

What are the height & weight restrictions?

For all of our harnessed activities, including the Tree Surfing courses, there is a weight capacity of 120kg.

The Nippers Tree Surfing course is suitable for those under 135cm tall (or 4-12 years old). Please note: any children participating on the Nippers Tree Surfing course who are 4 or 5 years old must have an adult go on the course with them at a 1:1 ratio.

Waivers

Students participating on either of our Tree Surfing Courses are required to bring along a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian.

Students who do not have a waiver on the day will not be permitted to participate on the Tree Surfing experience.

Groups who have booked in for either of our Tree Surfing courses will have been emailed a copy of this waiver to distribute to parents as part of their confirmation email. Please contact our Groups Coordinator if you have any questions regarding this form.
